USE: Dudresnaya nemalion

REFERENCES: Used in Japan and Italy, either raw, in soups and in salads. In some parts of Japan this plant is dried and bleached; it is then eaten with soy or vinegar. It has immunomodulatory activity of sulfated polysaccharides.
